Philadelphia is a lively city throughout the year that reaches a fever pitch in the summertime. With festivals such as the Caribbean festival, the Latin-themed Feria del Barrio and the Festival of Fountains and concert series such as the two weeks worth of performances in Rittenhouse Square as well as the red-hot Philadelphia Phillies baseball team, Philly is the place to be in the summer as well as year-round. Center City is a great neighborhood because it puts you in the middle of it all.
